0.4 Big changes!

I am stopping updates to the Cellstar game until it is done. This is so I can spend all my time on making the game. I have posted a Cellstar trailer on youtube to watch. While I would like to say everything in the trailer is what I am working on. Everything in the trailer is not final and will probably change. I have not actually started on the rest of the game yet, but I have big plans for it! If the plans are to big however then I will scale back. I hope to have the game done by christmas, and if not I'll leave it at a cliffhanger and make a Cellstar 2. Hope you can wait till the game lunch.

I would like to note that these dev log will not stope. This is for my future self to look back on.
also 0.4 added a settings menu. And the ability to save/load the game
